I think having a to do list is the best way to keep focused, so that you can feel positive you’ve got the most out of your day. Plus, who doesn’t love that sweet dopamine feeling of ticking something off when it’s finished.
Some days you might smash out HEAPS of tasks, and other days you might find it hard just to get up and out of bed. If you feel ‘focused and fabulous’ or need a little reminder that ‘you’ve got this’ - I wanted to design a series of memo pads that inspire and motivate you to take whatever steps you feel you need, to work towards your goals.
